If you are looking to learn about and enter the world of Forex & Currency trading this book is for you. I greatly appreciate how the author explains the very beginning steps on how to get tools setup such as trading platform to make trades, describes real setups and strategies he uses and fully explains in detail, and most interestingly to me, the psychology of trying to trade with the Big Banks and Institutions is very eye opening and I realized it applies not only to Forex trading, but all types of trading as well. Highly recommend this book.
I have never been exposed to FOREX before and I found Zack’s book to be an incredible entry point that discusses some basic information but then goes more deeply into the more technical components. I have been trading stocks and futures for around 6 years now, but Zack’s book has piqued my curiosity on the world of FOREX. He explains the concepts very well and provides examples to help reinforce the material. His knowledge and understanding of each strategy and concept is quite deep and I am really excited to learn more from him. I would definitely recommend this book for anybody that is interested in the world of FOREX; whether you’re a beginner or a pro, there is definitely material in here that will greatly benefit you!
Maybe I am just not experienced enough to understand it but I have had over 23 years of schooling and found it very confusing. The text referred to red and blue lines and shaded green areas on charts and tables that were in black and white! When it discussed graphs they had limited information. For some basic background information such as candle sticks rather than devoting a couple of pages to them it suggested googling it!I will try rereading it but I don't think the second time will be much better.
Worth 5 start rating especially the methods that I have learnt from this book. I have been trading forex for 10 years but the method taught in this book opened mine eye and definitely bring mine trading skill into the next level.
two things are clear having read 1/2 of this book.the book didn't have an editor.the author is not a native English speaker.
Lots of good insights into trading. I will probably reread this text several times, before it totally sinks in. Needs to be proof read again to correct simple typing errors. I would like to see this in book form. Thanks. Gena Rose
Solid book includes ideas I hadn't heard or considered before. I took off 1 star for the poor editing. I wish he had a trading room so you could get some follow up time with him and see some of his trades in real time.
This my first Forex book. I appreciated to the charting; but feel that some trading would necessary to understand those sections well.
